Hi, I’m Markus — a seasoned Product Design Lead, and this is my home on the internet. I’m passionate about beautiful interfaces, usable interactions, and understanding human behaviour—how people tick, and how to turn those insights into meaningful design.

I’ve worked with organisations like FJORD, Nokia, and Sky, as well as start-ups like Karhoo (a Groupe Renault company) and Glue Home (an award-winning smart lock start-up), where I established UX and design frameworks from the ground up. Currently, I’m leading the innovation stream within Trainline’s Future Ticketing and Incubator team, exploring the future of travel.
